Physicians Formula Malaysia offers free shipping throughout Malaysia for online purchases worth RM100 or above.

Shipping charges for orders worth below RM100 are as follows:

We strive to deliver your purchased products in the shortest time possible. All orders are in process as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders will deliver by our dedicated courier service, Monday – Friday, excluding weekend and public holidays.

Delivery Process and lead time

1. Delivery will take up to 3-7 business days from the date of purchase.

2. Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM and over the weekend will be processed on Monday and will be delivered out on Tuesday by our dedicated courier service, excluding public holidays.

3. Delivery is not available for addresses with P.O. Boxes.

Order tracking and delivery status

1. Once your orders have been picked up by our logistic partners, tracking codes would be available and you can then track the delivery status of your orders via the here.

2. In rare cases, there may be unexpected service delays such as severe weather, natural disasters, transport accident, unscheduled events, and etc.

Multiple address delivery

We are currently only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you’d like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.
